Do I have to take both systems together?
No. AI Call Ordering and QR Table Ordering can be taken separately. Take them together and phone orders and table orders arrive in the same dashboard.
Is the dashboard included in the price?
Yes. The order dashboard is part of the system, not a separate product. It is where you see incoming orders clearly laid out.
Does BELTH handle the payment?
No. Your guests order digitally, but pay afterwards the way they do today: cash, by card or by smartphone, through your existing payment method. BELTH does not process the payment.
Do my guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu page opens straight away in their browser.
Will I know which table an order came from?
Yes. Each table can have its own QR code, so the table number appears with the order in the dashboard automatically.
Why does the AI Call price say "from"?
The monthly price depends on your call volume, total call minutes, languages, how complex the flow is and any integrations. A small restaurant with normal volume sits around the base price; a business with very many calls pays more. After a short conversation you receive a clear quote.
Does this work for Chinese restaurants too?
Yes. The assistant supports Dutch, French, English and Chinese, and the digital menu can be set up in several languages.
